Time to ban MSEC!

The head of the SBU, Vasyl Maliuk, announced after a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council that this year his service has charged 64 officials from the MSEC (Medical-Social Expert Commission) with corruption, and 9 have already been convicted by the court.

Does this sound familiar? These are more or less the same numbers as for the UOC clergy accused of various "betrayals", The same 60+ suspects, the same ten convicted. So why isn't MSEC being banned?

Some might say that this is corruption, while the other case is "the influence of the Russian world." But haven't the enemies of the UOC been constantly proclaiming that Russia is an immensely corrupt country and that the very ideology of corruption emanates from there? This means that the corrupt officials in MSEC are no less agents of the Kremlin. So why aren't they being called "MSEC FSB"? Why aren't "patriotic" activists seizing their offices?

In all seriousness, this hypocrisy from the Ukrainian authorities once again proves that they are not fighting "FSB agents in cassocks" or the influence of the "Russian World" but rather the Church of Christ. They are waging war against it and want to destroy it on Ukrainian soil. It's time to open our eyes and acknowledge the obvious. Maliuk's statement is yet more confirmation of this.
