Epifaniy leads pseudo-church memorial service for Pope Francis

On April 21, 2025, the day of Pope Francis’ passing, the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU) held a memorial service for him, according to the website of the religious organization.
The service was led by Epifaniy Dumenko. Alongside him, Zoria, Lotysh, and four other OCU “bishops” participated in the prayer for the deceased Pope. In addition, based on published photos, about twenty “priests” also took part in the service.
“May the Lord grant rest to the soul of Pope Francis in His abodes,” the OCU website stated.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that Donald and Melania Trump will attend the funeral of Pope Francis.
