Hundreds of Orthodox Christians are participating in the traditional cross procession to the Ascension Banchensky Monastery of the UOC, which will prayerfully celebrate its patronal feast on May 29, 2025. On the eve, May 28, the Telegram channel "Pershyi Kozatskyi" published a video from subscribers.

"Orthodox Christians are performing a prayerful feat, despite the rain and all obstacles. Thank you, brothers and sisters, for sharing this joy! This is the best response to the false information attack against the monastery and its Abbot Vladyka Longin!" journalists comment.

Earlier, the UOJ wrote about how the orphans of the children's home at the Bancheny Monastery refuted the fake claims of blogger Edgar Kalancha against their father-metropolitan.
