Photos from Lavra show Venerable Fathers' reliquaries piled under staircase
Reliquaries with the relics of the Venerable Fathers of the Caves dumped by reserve staff. Photo: Telegram channel “Odihitria”
The Odihitria Telegram channel published a photograph showing reliquaries with the relics of the Venerable Fathers of the Caves stacked haphazardly in a cramped room resembling a corridor.
The photo, taken through a window, shows the reliquaries standing tightly pressed against one another. Nearby is a staircase leading up, beneath which cardboard boxes are dumped. On a piece of furniture there is a glass with leftover coffee.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that photos surfaced online showing reserve staff manipulating the relics of the Venerable Fathers of the Caves.
