In Bari, UOC hierarchs celebrate a service at St. Nicholas' relics

On December 18, 2025, in the Basilica of St. Nicholas in the city of Bari, Archbishop Viktor of Artsyz, vicar of the Odesa Eparchy, and Bishop Veniamin of Boyarka, head of the Western European Vicariate, together with visiting clergy in sacred orders, celebrated an all-night vigil at the relics of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker of Myra in Lycia. This was reported by the Information and Educational Department of the UOC.

Worshippers at the service included parishioners of the St. Nicholas Church of the UOC in Bari, as well as faithful from Italy and Ukraine. After the all-night vigil, the hierarchs congratulated the rector and parishioners on the parish feast day and wished the community continued spiritual growth.

Earlier, the UOJ reported that a UOC parish in Freiburg had held a concert in support of soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
