Dumenko "blesses" SBU facility for forensic examination

On April 22, 2026, Epifaniy Dumenko visited the Ukrainian Research Institute of Special Technology and Forensic Expertise of the Security Service of Ukraine. As reported by the OCU website, the head of their structure "blessed" the premises in the building.
After his ritual, Dumenko emphasized the "special role of the institute" and presented the staff with an icon of the Mother of God "The Sign".
According to Epifaniy, the institution "conducts important research and performs complex tasks related to the security of our state in these difficult and responsible times of enemy aggression".
In conclusion, the head of the OCU wished the director and the entire staff of the institution "strength, inspiration and God's protection, invoking the invisible care of the Mother of God upon everyone who works for the security and welfare of the people of Ukraine".
As the UOJ reported, the expertise found no incitement by Epifaniy against Metropolitan Theodosiy.
