Khmelnytskyi Eparchy donates medicines to Starokostiantyniv hospital

On May 27, the Khmelnytskyi Eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, together with the charity organization God Is with Us, donated medicines and humanitarian aid to Starokostiantyniv Multidisciplinary Hospital, according to the official website of the Khmelnytskyi Eparchy of the UOC.
The charitable initiative was carried out with the blessing of Metropolitan Viktor of Khmelnytskyi and Starokostiantyniv. Archpriest Vasyl Droniuk, dean of the Starokostiantyniv district, took part in handing over the aid on behalf of the eparchy.
The medical institution was represented by Olena Porshneva, deputy medical director of Starokostiantyniv Multidisciplinary Hospital.
During the meeting, the hospital received essential medicines and other humanitarian supplies for the institution’s needs. The eparchy noted that the aid would help medical workers carry out their service to people in need of treatment and support even more effectively.
The Khmelnytskyi Eparchy stressed that it continues its charitable work and intends to keep supporting those in need of help and care.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that a UOC parish in Korets had donated UAH 35,000 for the treatment of children with cancer.
