Believers are asked for prayerful support.
On February 3, 2025, the Northern Appellate Commercial Court will hold a hearing on the lawsuit filed by the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra against the reserve, seeking to invalidate the unilateral termination of the contract for the use of the Lower Lavra. This was reported by the monastery's lawyer, Archpriest Nikita Chekman, on his Telegram channel.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 11:00.
Father Nikita is asking for prayers and support.
As previously reported by the UOJ, the court has suspended hearings on the eviction of monks from the Lower Lavra.
